Squizzle.com launched 4.1.03. We are still a baby on the internet, but we're getting some serious traffic. As of January 2005 we get around 6.5 million page views per month and have around 325,000 unique visits.
Demographics
Our demographics are 90% male and 70% 18-34 year olds. You know, mostly the people that have time to waste at work.
Rates
We try to keep our rates reasonible. They are as follows:
50,000-200,000 page views - $2.00/CPM
200,000-500,000 page views - $1.50/CPM
over 500,000 page views - $1.00 CPM
If you are unfamiliar with internet advertising, CPM = Cost Per Thousand [don't know where the "m" comes from] So if you were wanting to purchase 150,000 ad impressions, here is the calculation:
150,000/1000 = 150 * CPM [2.00] = $300
Take how many impressions you want divided by 1000. Then muliply that number by the CPM. So, 150,000 ad impressions would cost $300.
Tracking
When you sign up for advertising you will have access to an admin panel. From this panel, you can view how many ad impressions have been shown, total clicks, and some other options. You can change your ad at any time
through this admin panel. You can also, stop and start your campaign, or change urls.
Miscellaneous
Once you have signed up for advertising, it takes us around 24 hours to complete your billing, and approve your ad. When that happens, your ad will be put into the rotation.
