Where did you get the code for Squizzle?
What is Squizzle?
Squizzle is basically a place to waste time. We have no purposey other than that. Find out information on our about us page. top
What does "Squizzle" mean?
The word Squizzle comes from the greek root "Squizio" and means to have fun. Um....if you believe that then...well..nevermind. Squizzle doesn't mean anything. I had an idea for a site and
was looking for a name. I wanted a one word name that was kind of catchy, and magically Squizzle popped into my head. top
My school/workplace blocks Squizzle. What can I do?
Freakin network nazis! I can't stand those guys. Fortunately for you, we have several different domains that all come to Squizzle. Check out our proxy page for a current list. top
Why are there so many duplicate items?
People submit things at will. When we started it was easy to keep track of what had already been submitted. The bigger the database gets, the harder it is to keep track of.
That's why on every item there is a "duplicate?" link. Click the link to report the duplicate and we'll get rid of it. top
How can I report a broken link?
Every item has a "broken link" link on the page, just click that and the item will be reported. top
How come there are so many pop-ups?
Well unfortunately running a website takes money. Squizzle transfers over 2 terabytes of data each month and is growing quickly. So....we have to have ads, and
pop-up ads pay the most. If you're a premium member, you won't get pop-ups, and you get a lot of other benefits also.top
I want to be involved. What can I do?
The easiest way to get involved is to become a member and start submitting. top
What's with the XML/RSS stuff?
An XML/RSS feed allows a website owner to "syndicate" content from another site. Basically it means that by utilizing the squizzle.xml file, your site can automatically be updated with
Squizzle content, as soon as its added. There are also RSS readers that can be downloaded for free. For more information click here. top
Can I link to you?
Yes please! Click here for banners, and instructions. top
What are the submission rules?
We won't accept any of the following types of items:
Nudity
Fights
Excessive Violence
Clips from Movies/Sitcoms
Wannabe "Jackass" Stuff
General Grossness (broken bones, disfigurement, etc)
Squizzle is a FUN place. People come here to laugh, keep that in mind when submitting. top
What happens after I submit stuff?
Your submission goes into a "pool" for 5 days. This give premium members a chance to vote on the item.
Once the item has been voted on by our premium members, it will be either accepted or rejected. top
Why are you so strict with what you accept?
We're strict for several reasons. Firstly, we are a "safe for work" site, which means, if you can't view it at work, we won't accept it.
Second, there are plenty of sites out there that allow porn, fights, jackass, and everything else. We don't, that's what makes us different. top
Why should I become a member?
There are several benefits of being a member:
Submit: Members can submit stuff.
Comments: Members can leave comments.
Chat: Members can use the chat room.
Messaging: Members have access to private messages.
Message Boards: Members can use the message boards. top
What is Squizzle Premium?
Squizzle Premium is an upgraded version of a regular membership. Premium members get no pop-up ads, have access to special areas, and
get special permissions. For detailed information View the Squizzle Premium page. top
How do I become a full/senior member?
Membership status on the message board is based on how many message board posts you have.
100 or less posts = Junior Member
101 to 300 posts = Full Member
301 or more posts = Senior Member
What are Squizzle points?
Squizzle Points show your activity on Squizzle. You get points for submissions, activity, and a lot of other things.
For point values and calculations, View the points page. top
Why do I have negative Squizzle points?
You can get negative Squizzle points in a few ways. We delete a lot of things from the site for multiple reasons. When something is deleted, all the comments are deleted also, then comment points are deleted from each member. If you don't have enough points for that month, your total goes negative. top
Can I advertise?
Of course! We have several advertising packages available, or you can customize your own campaign. For more information email . top
Where did you get the code for Squizzle?
The code for Squizzle was all written from scratch by Leperous. It is not available to purchase at this time. top
